I had a great stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were some inconsistencies in service. The location was convenient, with enjoyable facilities, although the dining options were a bit overpriced.

My room was large, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet, which was a bonus during these times. The sofa bed provided extra convenience, although it made accessing one side of the main bed a bit challenging for me as a wheelchair user.

Staying on the ground floor made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, very clean to a very high standard, and very well-equipped. The service was fantastic, especially from the warm and welcoming lady at the reception. The location was in lovely countryside with a spa and golf court. The rooms were a bit disappointing being located above the noisy laundry room, and the cleanliness was not up to standard. However, the staff at reception were extremely helpful.
